Refund and Return policy

Thank you for shopping at Carebleu.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to CAREBLEU (Pty) Ltd 2024/860806/07, at Cape Town, Western Cape, 7550, South Africa.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Carebleu, accessible from http://www.carebleu.co.za
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
For order cancellation, A full refund will be offered to You before products are processed by the warehouse.
- After payment, Proof of Delivery orders cannot be cancelled as it is customized.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refund
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The order placed is not lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 20 days after order departed from the warehouse
- We offer a partial refund if packages arrived are partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.)
- For products with wrong colour, size which does not affect product function, etc.
- For parts missing which does not affect product function, We may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, We will resend the product only.
- Incorrect or Missing accessories, supplier will resend the accessories.
The following Goods cannot be refunded:
- The packages arrived are irreparably damaged
- The Goods are incorrect
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
- We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
Disclaimer:
For size problem, We will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide Us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.
The local courier service will deliver Goods 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If Goods are still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. In this case, You need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, the logistics company. During the return, We take no responsibility if products have been lost.
If the logistics company provides return service to the warehouse, the supplier will put the products in Our private inventory and will not process a refund unless the supplier receives the returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
We hope that every purchase you make with us will be up to our standards. If you are not satisfied, Products can be returned to Our Cape Town address only, We will provide the company address or area upon request. We will either replace or process a refund for the incorrect or damaged product. According to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act for consumer protection, consumers have the right to:
- return Goods within 7 days after delivery for incorrect or damaged Goods
- consumer must pay the costs to return Goods. We have the right to make arrangements if necessary. Arrangements include a collection fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that the product needs to be received by Our company before a full refund can be made. Please keep in mind that refunds can take 3-10 working days to reflect in your bank account. If the product is damaged or missing any items, we have the right to refuse the return.
If You want to return the Goods, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to nchoma@carebleu.co.za with a clear reason or send us a WhatsApp using the icon on the website
- Ensure that Your email address, order number, and images of the Goods are included
- The team will contact you as soon as possible
Please return Goods within 7 days after receiving Goods.
