Carebleu works with international suppliers to source high quality and unique products. Our suppliers process orders as soon as possible (3 to 5 days) after receiving an order. From that point it takes 7 to 15 days for items to arrive, excluding weekends and holidays. As soon as your product leaves the warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep track of your order from the supplier to your address.
Shipping fee is included in the product price, as each product has its own shipping fee depending on which warehouse it comes from. Therefore, the shipping fee is displayed as ''free'' on our checkout page.
We currently do not provide delivery or collection from our Cape Town address. We will notify you as soon as it is available.
Orders will be delivered between 08:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday. Please ensure that you are available at the delivery address. The driver will contact you, if you are not available, delivery will be attempted 1 to 3 times after first delivery. After that, the product will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.
Delivery is currently available to South Africa only
